Front Row Solutions Overview
Front Row Solutions provides a unique Business & Sales Productivity, Accountability and Management system that fulfills the promise of Real Time information. Our software provides both management and sales representatives with an instant overview of their performance at any given moment. By capturing client interaction information with mobile devices and smart phones Front Row is able to provide real-time business data and metrics at your fingertips. This provides invaluable insight to provide direction and training to your staff. With our system, effective client call tracking and employee tracking are now possible enabling your company to enhance performance.
How it Works
The two main components to the Front Row system are:
1) Client Interaction Reporting and Information Capturing
Users can capture and deliver Client interaction information seamlessly into Front Rows management dashboard via , web/mobile browser and our smart phone apps. This process can provide comprehensive business reporting metrics and take as little as 15 seconds after each sales call or customer interaction.
2) The Front Row Solutions Dashboard
The data and metrics captured are sent to the Front Row System where it is processed, in real time, and displayed in our Dashboard. This Real Time information allows managers and executives to gain valuable insight in to business activities and Key Performance Indictors 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The reporting, charting and dashboard capabilities provide a full suite of standard, customized and comparison reporting features. The Dashboard platform is web-based software, eliminating the need for additional costly software purchases. Following consultation, Front Row can set up a new fully customized company account in less than 48 hours.
iOS Overview
In order to make the data entry as quick and easy as possible Front Row has designed and built an application for the iPhone and iPad. The iOS application significantly improves our users experience with the Front Row System and provides the fastest way of entering client activities.
The iOS version incorporates two of the most important functions needing to be performed by Font Row users 1) Entering Activity Cards for Client interactions and 2) Entering New Client Accounts.
In order for the iOS application to be useful for a user they will need to have an active account on the Front Row Solutions platform.
When a user launches the iOS application they are presented with a screen that has many choices
Answer Activity Card - Answer pre-determined questions about your interaction with a customer and submit that report in seconds
View Clients - View Clients and past visits, notes, documents, map address and more
Create Clients - Adding a New Client to your account list
Prospecting - Where you can look for businesses near you and map them
Dashboard - you can view all of you past call activity in one place
Email - you can configure your email account and view emails sent and received by clients
Group Message - Post messages for the entire company to see and respond to, its your private company chat room
My Schedule - View and create appointments and tasks with this feature, assign tasks to anyone in the company and appointments for any clients. Tasks and Appointments will be sent to your devices calendar and an invite sent to you by email.
Notifications - Executives, managers and administrators can send a push notification to some or all of the app users. Let them know immediately of a change or news.
Mileage Tracker - track your mileage and send mileage reports by email, mileage can be entered manually or automatically using GPS
Expenses - Track your expenses and send expense reports by email
Message Log - view the status of Activities you have submitted and the details of these messages
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
